Management Team

Tracy M. Speake is the managing partner and founder of the firm since its inception in 2002.  He specializes in office and industrial tenant representation with over twenty-two (22) years of commercial real estate experience and has managed the construction of over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate projects. 

Tracy received a Bachelor of Business Administration with Finance and Real Estate double majors from Southern Methodist University and a Masters of Business Administration with Real Estate Specialization from the University of Memphis. 

Tracy currently serves on the Buckman Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Memphis and the Board of Directors for Hope House Day Care.  He is a member of Holy Communion Episcopal Church.
